I first approached the consult centre back in 2016 with the idea of becoming more than just a free lance chef. I was offered the ability to air my view point and business plan in an unpressurised environment. I was then taken through a planning structure and Q & A session that pointed out the good, bad and ugly holes in my plan, this through Ruth's guidance proved extremely useful.
