I’m Vicki Rogerson, as a young person I swam competitively and loved swimming so much that over 30 yrs ago I became a trained lifeguard and swimming teacher.

After a few years it was a natural side line to become a first aid instructor and I started teaching that for Lancashire County Council and also set up my own business called First Aid and Training Sessions (FAST).

I absolutely love both aspects of my work which is probably why after 30 years In The Swim and FAST are still active and hopefully my passion shows in the way I teach.

FAST Sessions is a small company of Trainers that deliver First Aid, Epi pen, Defibrillator, Epilepsy Awareness, Diabetes Awareness, Administering Medications, Managing Difficult Behaviour, Person Centred Approach etc. We mainly run sessions at workplaces to deliver specific outcomes (consultation at no extra cost) with the occasional public access course. We will travel anywhere in the North West, Cumbria, some of Yorkshire and Manchester so make contact and discuss your needs.
