I have a strong, knowledgeable, and up to date HR background specialising in Employment Law. My background career as an employee has given me insights into the Leisure and Tourism sectors, Education, Retail, Mail Order, Distribution and On-line industries.
I now run my own business and work with SMEs in my local area. I appreciate how important speed of response, trust and confidence, fairness and transparency is, whilst considering the cost, commercial, financial and legal implications for the business.

I am highly skilled in all aspects of HR I have maintained my own learning, development, training and knowledge throughout my whole career demonstrating my commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD). I can help you and your teams navigate your way through these difficult times. If you are having to look at restructuring within your teams, I can help support you and your people find solutions and ways forward.

I have a strong business, professional background with a Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management focused in Employment Law from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN).
