Catherine has no idea she is being featured today, as this post is a surprise from us at The Consult Centre. We have known Catherine for a number of years now, and are blown away by her abilities and but as importantly by her constant kindness, and her dedication to her role in holistic and integrated health.

Introduced to the world of plants by her grandfather, a retired engineer and self taught herbalist, Catherine grew up understanding our innate relationship to nature and all it's bounty; from the homegrown blackcurrants and the weird smelling brown bags of dried herbs made into juices, teas, salves and tinctures.

Catherine's first course as an adult learner was in Aromatherapy in 1994, a year later completing professional training in ITEC Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Body Massage in 1995 at Henley College, Oxfordshire.

Brilliant practitioner! Catherine has gently eased me into the world of massage and reflexology. She is so accommodating to personal wishes or feelings on the day to ensure the best experience for the client. I have felt so relaxed in the sessions and then the next day rejuvenated. The facial treatment today was amazing and the fragrances from it lasted for ages afterwards. Will be trying something else very soon.

Relaxing facial I had a really wonderful facial - Catherine was very attentive to my needs and I had an hour of real relaxation The massage was really gentle and she use some lovely products. I also thought it was very good value.

Renewed Energy Paid Catherine a visit and was not really sure what to expect so was a little apprehensive. Catherine is the ultimate professional, friendly caring with a good soul. Her treatments were great and she was very understanding especially given that I suffer with Fibromyalgia. My name is Soaad and I am the founder of Ayesha’s Attire, which is an online boutique. My business is named after my beloved daughter. I started a couple of months ago. After becoming a single parent I went through a bit of a tough patch. I didn't go out much and majority of the time wore loungewear. One of the main things that made me feel good about myself was when I started making an effort in what I wore and how I wore my clothing. With this inspiration I want to help other women through what they wear and how they wear the piece to feel good.
