We received feedback yesterday from one of our clients, Ben who is the owner of Stand in Catering. A fantastic Consultant, Event and Relief Staffing Specialist for the hospitality industry in the North West of England.Ben is being coached by The Consult Centre Morecambe. Ben's aims are to make the business more efficient and effective. Stand In Catering is already busy, as Ben has a reputation and credibility that is second to none in his area, however Ben needed to address whether all his none facing client time was being used effectively. We are also working on improving the customer booking experience, by using effective methods and mediums in communication.
