We are business consultants working in the field of Social Media Management, Training, Coaching and Development.
As our business continues to grow, so does our need to add to the team of professionals here at The Consult Centre.
You will be working on our client's social media accounts, you will be creating content for publication, creative for eye-catching PR.
The people we are looking for will be clear in their written work, able to answer calls and make calls, be a natural organiser.
Someone who can manage and look after customer accounts, building a rapport with your clients, and understanding their requirements, and be able to represent those requirements to other members of The Consult Centre team.
You will be a motivated person, someone who wants to be treated as an adult and left to deliver the tasks in hand, in a way that best suits you.
You will want to have a laugh too, but you will know that the client comes first and our fabulous reputation must be upheld.
Spelling, attention to detail, hard work ethic and creative outlook are essential. We need creative but organised and accountable people.

Apprentice Team Member National Apprenticehip Wage - Full time
Job Description (Full)
Apprentice Team Member will support our existing creative team, Manager and Director with the delivery across our client social media accounts. They will get involved in a variety of different areas of the business, from pulling together client research, supporting and inputting into the creative process, designing artwork, creating film and video PR, reception cover to support in managing the production process. Our Digital Marketing Apprentice will receive an all-rounded experience and of training and support to develop their own skills and become a valued member of the team.
Key areas of accountability:
Projects:
· Provide support and assistance across various client project and helping with general project tasks, which may involve working across digital media, social media, artwork, video, and photography.
· Assist in providing necessary market information and other facts necessary to address briefs
· Offer creative input and suggestions when required
· Prepare material for a client, collation of samples/visuals etc.
Uploading web content
· Help ensure that all material produced by the Creative Team is free from errors and omissions
· Assist in the briefing of internal and external resources as required e.g. design, artwork, print and photography
· Prepare draft copy for Manager’s approval
· Ensure that all developments are promptly reported in an accurate, precise and timely manner
· Where relevant build a relationship with your key client contacts
· Take ownership of small projects / smaller sections within a larger project
· Prepare for and attend status meetings, ensuring accurate notes on all matters arising
Administration:
· Ensure that all work is saved in the correct place on the server and/or is filed in a way that can be easily accessed by other team members
· Ensure that all conversations in respect of quotes, confirmations, instructions are put in writing immediately, and filed where appropriate
General:

Cover the reception for at least one hour each day, answering the phone

Set up a meeting room for meetings

Participate in meetings, focus groups

Keep up to date with developments/news in the industry

Help with general office tasks

You will part of a multi-disciplined team in the business, this role is a hands-on role, you will do the same roles and functions as the rest of the team. You will lead on delivery, quality and content. You are the final check in our process and the client's voice in our business.
